I love my slow cooker! It gives me days like today... dinner ready to eat when we got home. Giving us time to just be together... the girls rarely get to go down to the family room during the week because there is not time between cooking dinner, eating and getting ready for bed. Today was an exception!
So much lately, it has just all been about maintenance. On top of dishes, laundry, cleaning, laundry, cooking, there is the girls' feeding, bathing, dressing, driving from one place to another... very tiring. Very much the story of a lot of young families' lives! But every now and then everything falls into place, and I get a
few minutes longer with my girls... that doesn't involve maintenance.
Or watching them sleep.
